Stephan is a business executive with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, technology and financial services. With a strong foundation in finance, operations, and business development, Stephan has excelled in leadership roles across various sectors. He integrates his passion for process improvements, technology and material science into the business’ everyday activities and ensures that clients receive actionable insights and support in their projects.
Alex Gravel | Director of Projects
Alex is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in project management and site supervision. With over 8 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, Alex has consistently delivered impactful solutions, driving operational efficiency for his team and clients.
His dedication to continuous learning and adaptability to new challenges make him a great person to collaborate with.
Eliot Lapointe | Project Coordinator
Eliot Lapointe is the energetic up-and-comer of the team, having honed his skills over several years as a technical installer and coordinator in the telecommunications field. As the youngest member, Eliot brings enthusiasm for tackling new challenges and an eagerness to learn. He’s distinguished by his natural communication skills and a positive attitude that motivates everyone around him.
Martin Lapointe | Site Superintendant
Martin brings a seasoned portfolio of over 30 years in the construction sector, the bulk of which he spent at the helm of his own general contracting company, building a broad range of commercial and residential projects. Martin now applies his extensive expertise to oversee project execution. Known for his upbeat demeanor and a solutions-focused mindset, Martin stands out as a dynamic individual steering complex projects to successful completion.
Mike Salazar | Carpenter
Mike is our lead carpenter whose extensive experience is matched only by his commitment to excellence.
